At the end of 2023, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology took the lead in establishing a computing power industry development array, focusing on industrial research, application cultivation and other aspects of work to promote the high-quality development of my country's computing power.

On October 30, 2024, the first working group plenary meeting of the Phalanx was held grandly in Hefei, where industry elites, experts and scholars from across the country gathered together. LUISUAN Technology Co.,Ltd. was invited to attend and officially became a member of the Phalanx.
