In the keynote speech session, Kong Weihai, general manager of LUISUAN Technology products and R&D, shared his observations and practices on smart computing infrastructure with the title "Storage power is computing power - computing power determines the upper limit, and storage power determines the cost."

With the accelerated penetration of large models and artificial intelligence applications, computing power is changing from a back-end resource to an infrastructure for industrial upgrading. The data magnitude and concurrency intensity of large model training and inference put forward new requirements for storage bandwidth, latency, and scalability. Storage power is no longer a supporting role of computing power: when the computing power unit "waits for data" for a long time, no matter how much computing power is, it will just idle. Only by matching storage capacity and computing power can inputs be truly converted into outputs. Kong Weihai further shared the practical ideas of storage-computing collaboration. Adaptation around different loads such as training and inference, so as to move towards large-scale replication, is what LUISUAN is doing.
